INA PE Series Inserts: Bearing insert with parallel bore with steel aligning ring, P seals and eccentric collar. These radial insert ball bearings have an axially split outer ring as an aligning ring. They are mounted in cylindrical bores and compensate for static misalignment of the shaft up to ±5 degrees. Due to the annular slots in the outer ring to DIN 616, they are highly suitable for sheet metal constructions. In this case, they are axially located using snap rings to DIN 5 417. The aligning ring has a Corrotect® coating and is thus protected against fretting corrosion. The inner ring and locking collar are also Corrotect®-coated. These bearings cannot be re-lubricated. Operating temperature range: -20 deg C to +120 deg C. Benefits: Corrotect® coated to protect against fretting corrosion, compensation of misalignment. |
