Description

SKF Y-TECH SYK series Plummer Block Units: These plummer block units have housings made of composite material. They were developed for bearing arrangements that must operate reliably in difficult environments for extended periods of time without maintenance. These units are fitted with Y-bearings in the YAR 2-2F or YAR 2-2RF series and are attached to the shaft with grub screws.
The TF denomination is supplied with the YAR 2-2F series inserts, these have a single seal.
The TR are supplied with YAR 2-2RF series inserts and have a double wash down seal.
SKF 2RF bearing seals provide an innovative, effective, proven multi-barrier design that prevents contamination and retains lubrication. During high-pressure wash downs, 2RF seals keep water and detergents out of seal contact areas.
