Description
Metric Pitch Pilot Bore Timing Pulley: These premium quality pulleys are manufactured from aluminium 6082 to exacting standards. The pulley flanges (which this product is available with or without) are produced from S235JR steel and are pressed onto the aluminium pulley and act as guides should the belt wander. Used with T series timing belts, they are supplied pilot bored and can either be finished in a lathe or reamed to the required size. The efficiency of drives can be affected by the use of worn pulleys and belts. Periodic inspections for debris and belt damage are recommended, replacing where needed, in turn, optimal drive efficiency as well as increased uptime and reduced running costs for your equipment can be achieved.
Benefits: Available in a wide range of diameters and number of teeth along with standard widths, alternative materials are available by request such as Stainless Steel, Delrin, etc.
Note: Smaller pulleys may be centre drilled and not pilot bored.
Please note: These will be provided with a nominal bore, specific diameter measurement available on request.
